Quite a few that i tried that made me cried and aching all over, shaking as i try to last long some of them are like

1. Squatting bending both legs to be down and staying in a half way squat position, having both my arm stretched up in the sky and lasting as long as i could while looking at the wall/mirror of my face with a bar of soap in my mouth.

2. Being in a push up or on all fours maintaining it with some weights on my back, with my nipples attached to toes.

3. Having a gag on, 2 cigarette in my nose, bending in a squatting position where i have a fruit up my anal (holding it without dropping and nipples attach to my toes so that i am kept squatting without standing as my hands are stretched in the air holding weights on each hands

4. Standard murga squat punishment seems torturous for me to handle as well if its prolonged enough

How about another cigarette nose torture dare for you?

To prepare: put a cigarette on each nose and filled your mouth an used panties. Put the binder clips on your nipples and use the rope to connect both clips to a 1-liter bottle. Make sure the rope is long enough to reach your pussy level.

An hour before the task, drink 3 glass full of water and you not allow to go toilet during this hour.

For the task, light up both cigarettes. Your hands may not touch or support the bottles. Instead you will remains in the position as shown in your avatar, both hands over head and legs spread open, for the whole task. You can either choose to hold your bladder or pee into the bottle. The task ends when both cigarettes extinguished. But the catch is that you can't pee for another hour after the task end if you choose to hold it.
