All around wedgie: One or more people pull up the victim’s underwear from the back, front and both sides as high as they can.

Wrapping paper wedgie: Like an all around wedgie but the undies are pulled above the victim’s head and then taped together (duct tape preferred).

Wow this is a long list! And a lot of creative options. Definitely some dangerous ideas but you're right that they work for stories. Even many of the more realistic ones sound so humiliating and painful!
