This is a great thread! Loved the car wash story...here’s another similar date this time with a car wash with pressure hoses you use on your car..

Depending on what pressure washer it is it can be very dangerous.
Usually the pressure washers at car washing places aren't too extreme (at least in the Netherlands). However if you grab one of those that is used to clean pavement and stuff for at home, you'll get a blister from a very short exposure and it hurts like hell (I know because I was curious and an idiot and tried it on a finger).

I feel obliged to reiterate this point. Accidentally get a high psi one, or even a lower psi one on a narrow spread, and you can literally strip flesh from bone.

I know it might have all been said in jest, but I would feel remiss if I didn't mention it.
