Dare: Cumulative potato petplay plus

Works like other cumulative potato dares but with a few rules to add some twists to it.

Game rules

1) cannot require pic proof as this kills threads. You may however add optional proof to the task.
Eg. “if provides pic proof to boomer you may remove two lines”

2) if boomed on a multiple of 3 the boomer may choose to add 2 additional lines

3) if boomed on a multiple of 10 the boomer must also do the dare

4)double posting only permitted if the last post was 7 or more days ago
