2 litres, some olive oil, some lemon juice, mostly just plain water. Make it hot that its tender to your elbow and ass but not that you'll burn yourself. Once fully inserted and bloated. Get completely dressed and clean your bathroom keep working until you loose control (see actually wet yourself) then you may relieve yourself.
