Tie your upper and lower legs like this. Ideally, there should be about 20 cms between heels and buttocks

Put on nipple clamps, and tie them to a point above yourself wheen kneeling

You should adjust the rope that pulls the clamps so that, when kneeling, you're forced to stay up as much as the legs bondage allows you, while, at the same time, you can't lower your weight to come to rest on your heels, because the clamps are stretching your nipples.
