Get out 10 pair of underwear. If you don't have many many, go buy a few more pairs. Go to the bathroom for the last time before starting, and then drink 1L of water. Once you're done with that liter, get out a diaper and poke at least two holes all the way through the plastic lining every inch along the diaper, then set a timer for 20 minutes.

Drink 500ml of water/juice, put on a pair of underwear on top of what you're wearing and then start the timer after you have it on. Repeat this process of 500ml of water, another pair of underwear over top of what you're wearing, and restarting the timer for 20 minutes once you're done. After you have on 3 pairs of underwear, put a clothes peg on one nipple, and after 6 pairs put one on the other. After 9 pairs, you must put your hand under warm running water for 5 minutes.

If you wet during this process, your diaper will help up to a point, but then you're going to be wetting your underwear just like the giant baby you probably are. Once you have all ten pairs of underwear on, set a timer for the final 20 minutes, and go sit down on the toilet with a bowl of warm water. Put the bowl of warm water in your lap, start the timer, and leave both hands in the warm water until the timer is up.

After this is all done, if you haven't wet your diaper at all yet, congratulations, you have about 6L of liquid that's got to be desperately trying to get out of your system! You're done and can go to the potty. If you wet at all, however. You must carefully get off each pair of underwear. For every pair of underwear that has even a spot of wetness on it, you aren't allowed to change out of your current diaper for that many hours. You can, however, put on another diaper over top of it to catch the leaks, and change that diaper as much as you want. You can take off the clothes pins as it would likely be too painful to leave them on for that long.

If 6 or more pairs of underwear are wet, you must also take a suppository or enema before starting your hours in diapers. Before you change out of your diapers once these hours are up, send me a report including how many pairs of underwear you went through.

Take a laxative, drink 2 cups of coffee, and put on two diapers under your clothes then head outside. You are to spend the next 4 hours out of the house. You can shop or head to a park, it's up to you. The only thing is that you can not change until you're leaking. If you do have to change, it must be in a public restroom. Once the time is up, you can go home. If you wet or mess in the car or at home before you can change out, then you need to spend 15 minutes in the corner before you get to change.

Starting when you get up you will quadruple diaper and use a pacifier. You must spend all day wearing only these items. Toilet is off limit. At each meal you will eat two jars of baby food and drink through out the day 10 bottles of milk laced with the max dose of laxatives. You will spent your day doing only these activities: asking for ways to make it worse on get dare, watching Disney junior, and crawling around. When you wake up the next day you must send me a report and then change.

If you dont already have them - go buy suppository laxatives. At home, double diaper up and match that with 2 suppositories. Put on your gym clothes, its time for a 10 minute jog. Make sure you are moving away from home the whole time. Keep walking at least another 5 minutes further away. You must try to hold it all in until you reach this point. Now that you're away from home, find a spot to wait for 30 minutes. After your 30 minutes is up, if you habent already, mess yourself. Its time to walk home. Every minute walking you must stop, bendover, touch your toes, then you may keep walking. When you get home you may remove the messy diaper, but only once youve been in the shower while diapered for 5 minutes.

Now that you've messed it's time to go for a walk/run. During this walk/run if you pass any benches, bus stops, basically anything you can sit on you must stop and sit for a full minute before continuing. If you make it to a street crossing and need to wait for the crosswalk to let you through lean up against the poll putting extra pressure on your butt. Each roll just like the time corresponds to a distance you need to walk.

3 - 2 miles
4 - 1 1/2 miles
5 - 1 mile
6 - 1/2 mile

If you mess at all before your waiting period is up you must do the maximum distance.

Consider yourself chaste from when you read this, for a starting duration of ten days. Every 24 hours that passes from when you read this, add another two days on to your chastity.

You can take away days in chastity easily enough, as many times as you want you can get:

-1 day: Wear panties for 24 hrs (can still wear under a diaper if you want)
-1 day: Wear diapers for 24 hrs, using them for #1, only two changes allowed but you can double or triple-diaper if you want during these changes. Worth an extra -1 day if you use the diaper for all your #2s.
-1 day: Drink 5L of water spread out as 500ml an hour for 10 hours.


Once every three days you can get:
-2 days: Take a double dose of a stimulant laxative (ex-lax, castor oil, senna,...), without using the toilet for 10 hours afterwards (diapers, a tree behind your house, your panties are all okay).
-1 day: Spend 2 hours bound up and blindfolded with your favorite anal toy in.
-1 day: Save up 1L of pee in a bottle. Wear a diaper to bed and set an alarm for half-way through the night. When the alarm goes off, wake up and dump all of the pee into your diaper, then go back to sleep for at least three hours.

Once every week you can get:
-3 days: Drink 2L of water, put in your favorite anal toy, and put on a diaper (or double diaper). Wait 60 minutes, then head out to eat at a fast food place and spend at least 15 minutes inside before leaving to head back home.
-2 days: Post a dare in this thread, and do any response dare you might get.

If you break the chastity rule for any reason, add 10 days back on to your chastity total. If you otherwise bend or break the rules of the dare, add 5 days on to your total. If you finish, or give up, PM me a write-up including how many days you were chaste.

Take an enema and diaper up, do 20 jumping jacks and hold it for 5 minutes. If you held it you get to release in diaper and stay in the diaper for 12 hours. If you didn't hold it 5 minutes, take the diaper off and immediately put another on. Now take your dirty diaper and lay it open, squirt some whip cream in the middle of the diaper (5 sec squirt). Now let it sit for 10 minutes, then you must lick/eat all the whip cream only using your mouth. And that fresh diaper, it stays on for 24 hours.

Extreme for me. Nothing overnight or over 8 hours

I'll use this as a placeholder for a dare for you but as you haven't given proof of completion of the last two (if I recall) dares I've given you, it might take me a bit to come up with anything.

Well Orophins, if you're lucky on this dare you may not even end up in diapers. There are two phases to this dare. The first involves pee holding. Drink 1000 ml of water to start. You're not allowed to use the toilet for 8 hours and must drink an additional 500 ml every hour. Not possible you say? Well I guess you can have an accident if you really want! If you do wet your pants, we're going to need to put you in diapers. But, we're also going to dress you up depending on how weak your widdle bladder was. Consult the chart below to determine exactly what you'll be wearing. For each hour you couldn't hold your pee (round up) move down one row. The chart is cumulative obviously So for instance if your pathetic bladder gave out with 3 hours and 15 minutes left, you would wear items 1-4.

1. Put on a diaper and plastic pants
2. Don't forget to suck on your pacifier
3. Drink all of your required drinks from a bottle
4. Wear your footie PJ's
5. Insert a suppository after 4 hours in diapers
6. You are only allowed to crawl while in diapers
7+ Were you even trying? Take a dose of castor oil!

Now that you've determined the nuances of your time in diapers, change yourself and get ready. You will have to spend 8 hours in diapers and will continue to drink 500 ml every 2 hours. Oh, by the way, you're not allowed to change yourself during this 8 hour punishment period, so you might want to consider double diapering yourself! I hope you have fun, and hope you can hold your wee-wee!

It seems the edit button goes away rather quickly, and so this is really to replace my prior post and is directed as a dare for diaper06. In the interest of making something "Extreme" within eight hours, let's make sure you have these things around your place diaper06: frozen lemonade mix, enema kit, miralax (or generic equivalent), loaf of whole wheat bread, diapers, duct tape, lots of water.

You're going to start by mixing up the frozen lemonade into 1L of already cold water. Get it into your enema kit and put it up as far as you can to have the nozzle still reach your bottom when you're laying on the ground. Get out a diaper and punch pencil-sized holes all the way through the outer plastic all the way around the diaper. Then pre-soak the diaper so it has almost no absorbency left with hot, almost scalding water. Then lay it on the ground with your duct tape and another diaper nearby.

Lay down on the diaper and insert the enema nozzle, then let the nozzle go as fast as it can, keeping flat on your back without sitting up until the whole 1L of cold lemonade is inside you. Remove the nozzle, and tape up your warm, hole filled diaper. Then take your duct tape and wrap it around the whole top of the diaper. Stand up and do the same around the legs of the diaper and twice more around your waste, making it as tight as you can. Then before you explode (and you will very shortly) go ahead and get a second diaper wrapped around the first. For the next eight hours you can change the second diaper as much or as little as you want. But the inside taped-on diaper is there to stay. Also, there will be no third diaper or plastic pants to help prevent leaks.

Set a timer and see how long you can make it before you mess your diapers. After messing, if you made it less than ten minutes, east six slices of the bread and take a quadruple dose of the miralax mixed up in four glasses of water. If you made it more than ten, it's only half of that (double dose of miralax and three slices). Once you've finished this, set a timer for two hours, and do the same with a single dose of miralax and three slices of bread. Repeat this one more time after you've finished (so another two hours). Make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated as you have a rather "extreme" experience in your diapers that won't go away even as you're forced to change to keep from leaking all over the place. Send me a report of how it went once you've completed the dare.

Before this dare, drink a lot of soda and take a few laxatives. Put on enough diapers to make you waddle, now go to the store(if this is too much for you just stay home). Once at the store(or not if that's too public), buy some oatmeal, after you do that pour half down the front of your diaper dry. Now take the second half home and make it, then dump that down the back of your diaper. Your not aloud to change until morning.

You are not allowed to take off the diapers until you have messed twice and wet the diapers to the point of leaking.
