Most and Least Succesful Experiences with Hypno?

Have you ever tried hypnosis?

What kind of medium did you try?
Live session, audio files, text scripts...

What was the most succesful session in your opinion?
What was the least succesful session in your opinion?
What's your favourite thing about a hypnosis session?

I'll go first.

Personally, I have tried hypnosis live, in audio and in script.
Both in live sessions or in audio it seems to depend on how much I trust the person. If it is written, it only works if I am already in a susceptible state, and has only worked for 1-2 times. The worst were the people who tried to abuse me for their own selfish gains, in which I was always (rudely) shocked from trance. For me, the best was when I got to relax for hypnotically stretched amounts of time, a live session in which I got to experience (to some degree) the sensation of being naked and free on a warm beach and being gently lifted into the air by a bubble, where I peacefully lay surrounded by clouds.
