Writing punishment

Hello!
I am a college student, and I would really appreciate it if someone would set me a punishment at http://www.linepunishment.com/
I have been procrastinating a lot on my work and if you want me to do something to make the writing more unpleasant I will.

I just need to get things done, and I accept that a punishment will really help me get in the right frame of mind.
