New - looking for some starter dares

Hi I’m new to actually using my get dare account, but I’m looking for some dares to start me off. I’ve been into bondage since around age 12 or 13 (I’m now 18).

I really like nipple/tit bondage, being restrained (especially in uncomfortable positions) and pee holding. I’ve got a really low pain tolerance and I wanna increase it over time. I’m not sure what my limits are atm, I’m still trying figure that out, but obviously nothing public or with cameras or family.

Anyone got any dares I could do? Feel free to add a punishment as well for if I fail it. I don’t have any toys or anything, just basic household stuff.
