I am so so sorry I failed to complete this challenge. It was too much for my already sore nipples. I started off my applying 10 rubber bands on each of my breasts and then applied the binders. Just when I put them on it hurt soo much that I thought my nipples would fall off. Regardless of the pain I tried to complete it so then I applied the shoelace and tied the binders together or as much as they could be tied. I started off with jumping jacks and after 5th jump I was so ready to give up. It almost made me tear up. I sucked it up and continue until 15 that’s where my left binder fell off. And gosh it hurt. I took a chopstick and gave it 5 hard smacks and tried to continue the task. Once again I applied the binder on my left but it hurt sooo bad. After 20 I couldn’t do anymore. It was too much 😢 so I decided to try without the rubber bands so I took everything off and then applied only the binders and tried to continue the challenge but I couldn’t take the pain after 10 more jumps. I am so sorry I thought I could complete it but the binders on my sore nipples hurt too much. I am so so so sorry plz punish me for not being able to complete it 😞

Tied one size of the bag to one binder and then the other binder. Since I was doing it in the kitchen I went over a sink. Currently wearing a tack bra each has 22 tacks. I love the feeling. Hurts more when I press on them but over all it’s doable. Been wearing one since morning and also did jumping jacks as requested. It was uncomfy and first but I am not used to it I guess. Thank you for this challenge

Bind them then reapply the tack bra, lie face down full weight on them for 15 mins
