"Report User"

I saw a user with no posts and his avatar was of a penis.

I can't report him because he has no posts.

So maybe a "report user" on the profile might help?

no idea if a report user button is feasible but!

If situations like these occur (for now and until future notice) feel free to PM any staffer(s) about it.
