It’s a week of potty training! Start every morning with a cup of water and a cup of tea or coffee. You may not potty for the first 3 hours you’re awake. If you have work or obligations, you may only potty once during these. When you get home or it gets to 1600hrs, you may have one potty break. Immediately after this break you must drink a cup of water every hour for four hours. This is your last break of the day before you have to hold it until the next morning! All extra potty breaks will require you to drink a cup of piss

go for a daily walk around 7 pm for the next week for every bird that you see walking on the ground you have to pee a little in your jeans. you have to use the same pair of jeans for every walk

For 24 hours, roll a D6 every time you get the urge to pee. Start the day well hydrated.

This will want to be a day where you have privacy and don't plan to go out much.

1: Use the toilet.
2: Wait an hour and reroll.
3. "Edge" your bladder before rerolling. Get as close as you can to pissing yourself without actually letting go, then stop yourself. Repeat until 10 minutes are up. Reroll.
4. 10 spankings for every time you have rolled a D6 today. Reroll afterwards.
5: Piss yourself immediately, wherever you rolled the die and in whatever you're currently wearing.
6. Piss in a glass, then flip a coin - heads, drink it, tails, pour it over yourself in the tub or shower.

Yours is a simple one. For 24 hours You may only pee at hours that are even number. Example 2:00 12:00 4:00 etc. If you miss a time you must wait till the next even hour to use the restroom.

everytime you have to shit you need to push something up your ass and hold it for 20 minutes before you can use the toilet. try marshmallows, bananas, dildos...whatever. you must do this for your next three shits.

make yourself an big enema and use a thick layer of diapers on you so nothing is gonna leak. go outside and buy something in a store and spent at least an hour total outside while holding your enema. If you fail don't change for the next 2 hours

You need to wear/use diapers for the next 4 days.

Each time you want to change you must add one of the following rules (your choice). These are permanent for the remainder of the dare.
Must double diaper (cutting slits on the inner one).
Must hold urine before changing, and immediately wet each new diaper after change.
Must insert a suppository during each change (be safe of course).
Drink 300 mL of water per hour (be safe of course).
Must have a pacifier in your mouth whenever home.
Diaper(s) must be visible to some degree at all times.
Must remain clean shaven down below.
Must give yourself an enema at least once a day.
Cut slits in the outer most diaper(s) worn.

If you end up with all of these rules, you don't need to add more rules.

Go out to a park bench and bring lots of water, spend your day on the bench drinking water and letting your urine put whenever you need when you’ve finished your drinks shit yourself, then walk home in your comfy clothes if a park is too public then you can do it in a forest or somewhere.
