Default 23/f Anal and deepthroat training session

Because i am lacking deepthroat skills at the moment, i was dared to start this thread, so this is kind of both training and a punishment

Looking for some serious throat fucking, because i didnt do any in a long time.
I want to get back in shape and test my limits. Also, i need to add anal to this so i can endure butt fucking like a real slut.
I can take my double dildo deep in my throat and hold it there for about 6-7 seconds without gagging, sometimes even 10 seconds. If i push myself, i can do 20-25 seconds.
But im aiming for higher numbers. My goal is to reach 30 seconds but that requires a lot of training and dedication. Every reply you can give me a certain amount of deepthroat or anal thrusts AND you can decide in what way i have to do them (position, pace, hold time and whatever you can think of)

Everytime you give me a task, its 50 Anal thrusts and 10 deepthroats

Second reply is 50 Deepthroats and 10 Anal thrusts

Your third and forth reply is 50 Anal thrusts and 50 Deepthroats

Your fifth reply gets is 100 Anal thrusts and 100 Deepthroats

And every reply after that is 50 Anal thrusts and 10 Deepthroats

Only if you write it in your task, ass to mouth becomes mandatory for me. If you dont, then i wash the dildo after having it in my ass.

One hours after the last one replied, you cannot add anymore. So it doesnt get out of hand..

5 seconds break between each each.

If you fail to keep to up, finish the rest of the 75 with ATM. In your ass then In your throat, holding the dildo in 5 sec on each location.

Okay so this was harder then expected. 5 Seconds break between 5 seconds deepthroat sounds pretty easy but after a few times 5 seconds are not enough to recover. After 40 times my gag reflex was much easiert to trigger and I had take a longer break or else i would have probably puked. Soo that left me with 35 ass to mouth strokes but at least i could take longer breaks :P My guts were sparkling clean but i still feel disguised when doing ATM.

This was two days ago and right now im graving a good throat fuck again, so ill be reviving this thread. YOU CAN ADD TASKS AGAIN (same rules)

Because your reply was excellent realism, and we now know you're human who needs to practice and get better.

100 ass thrusts.

Followed by 5 deep throats start with 5 seconds hold, each time you need to hold longer. I don't mind if that ends up 5 6 7 8 9 seconds .. but each one must be longer than the last.

A good way to train your gag reflex is by doing some fast deepthroats followed by a held one... But since we don't want to forget about your ass it will also have an a2m element.

Lay down on your back and lift your legs up high but keep them together, make sure you can also tilt your head back for the deepthroats, since you won't leave this position. Now start by doing 20 deep thrusts up your ass. Then tilt your head back and thrust the dildo deep down your throat ten times fast, and hold the last one deep in your throat for ten seconds. Keep your legs up straight and don't stop holding, even if you start gagging. Now you will repeat this task from the beginning but add five seconds to your held deepthroat.

You will keep repeating this exact task and try to add five seconds each time until you manage to hold a deepthroat for 35 seconds. You may take breaks and get into another position in between rounds and there is no punishment if you take the dildo out early, but you also have to continue until you've made it. You are also not allowed to clean yourself up until you've made it. I'm looking forward to hear your report and how many tries you needed to improve your skills

We'll start with the first task that's the basic 50 Anal thrusts and 10 deepthroats.

Now for the customized portion.

200 thrusts. Everything will always be ass to mouth. 1 thrust in the ass, 1 thrust into the mouth. In that order, always. There is no separation of anal or deepthroat, it must be equal. You'll be in the piledriver position. Pace will be at 30 bpm. We don't need speed, we need to ensure you get it deep into your ass and deep into your throat.

Afterwards, now we can work on hold times. 200 more, again 1 in the ass then 1 in the throat. Different position and pace this time. On your back, head off the edge of the bed. Thrust into your ass, hold for 10 seconds, then thrust into your throat, 10 seconds hold.

Should be doable and lots of practice. These can be done at separate times of the day, but preferable as doing them back to back.
