I don't really have a nemesis but I imagine if I did I'd be hesitant to place myself at their dubious mercy. I'll take my chances with the room full of strange women ;p

Realistically, i'd definitely choose the room full of strangers. My Nemesis (and you'd have to choose one of them, cos there are a few) would undoubtedly try use the situation to a longer advantage with stuff like pics/blackmail/social destruction/etc. The strangers would not know me well enough to be able to do that hopefully

As a fantasy idea though; being tied up while a nemesis has their way with me would be hot :P
