Have a glass of your favourite drink, drink half of it. Of course you'll have to fill it up with pee and drink the glass. (If you have to piss more than half the glass, hold it and pee in the glass after you drank it (and drink this again))

Get a gallon jug of orange juice or water (your choice), then chug it. You can do this step over a day or two, as when I say chug I mean finish it as quick as safely possible. Now, once it's empty, start filling it with your pee. For however long it takes, make sure you fill the jug to the tip-top. This will then (once filled) be all you are allowed to drink for as long as it takes to finish. The only exception is if you want to mix it with another drink to dilute it. Good luck.

Also, if mine could involve a public washroom, that would be great.

wait until you have to go to the bathroom... drive a half hour away from where you are, use the dirtiest gas station bathroom you can, start pissing as soon as you walk into the door of the bathroom (even if it means in your pants or on the ground) now run to the nearest stall and you can use the toilet, but as soon as youre done you have to give yourself a swirly and get on all fours and lick up the stream of pee youve made on the ground... even if people are in there...

Pee into a soda bottle. Save up all your piss for a day. Then, take a paper towel, and tightly pack it into the bottle's opening. Pouring it upside down will keep the piss in, but will soak the absorbent towel. You have to suck it all out from that.
