Let me try to help you out.

First before zu start, drink 2l of water over 2 hours. At the Moment u start this, the toilet ist off limits

Wearing a diaper and a onesie under your normal clothes, you have to take a long walk in a semi public place with good chance that you will see some people. Like a lake, a forest, or a park. Make sure u have your pacifer and a plushie of your choice.

Its your quality time with you and your plushie and u will Show him the world outside of your house. Speak to him while alone and explain him Things you will see in your was. Like a parkbench, the water, a tree or whatever you like. After going around 10 minutes you will take a Rest. You will add your pacifer and suck in it for atleast 2 Minutes while outside. You can choose a safer spot, but you are not allowed to take it of. After that you can keep the pacifer in your pocket and keep going around for another 10 minutes.
