For those of you who have dogs with electric fences you know that you have to train the dog by shocking it. Its your turn for a shock.

Wrap the electric collar around your genitals or on your nipple and go through the electric fence.

I don't think this could be permanently harmful, but if it is please say so.

I do not think that this is unsafe. Personally I haven't done this on my genitals, but have put them around my neck. This is still really painful though. I do not have an electric fence at my houseonly my friends or else i would try this. Anyways it would be funny to watch and extreamly painful.
