In england its called a new years resolution but i dont no what other countrys call it or if they do this, in other words: Whats the promise you will make to yourself for the new year?

Mine is to completly stop smoking (tobacco only LOL)

Well, the usual lose five pounds or so (I mean weight not money, probably about a third of a stone in the UK) just because when you hit a certain age and you spend much of your working day seated in front of computers it becomes a bit of a pain in the ass to keep your ass from expanding. Also to be more systematic in my workouts, especially running. And maybe spend less time on sites like this (but here I am so...)

I have several resolutions but they mainly involve over comming my personal demons (sexual ones, anger related, ect) and growing closer to God.
