This means 4 hours of holding each time. You must drink one glass after you pee, plus one in the middle of those times (8am, midday, etc). If you miss one time, you still have to drink after the time slot and in the middle between it and the next.

I think this thread really needs bumping it's a cool one.

My day will start at 10pm and end the next 10pm, please. This way you can also make use of the night to fill up my bladder but I won't have to go to sleep desperate (it would keep me awake). Feel free to control my intake and how much I'm allowed to pee, if you want.
