Male challenges!

Hello all!

I am a male switch looking for challenges and punishments based on my performance. These could include exercising, pee holding, endurance, edges, pain tolerance, etc

I do not have many toys outside of household items, such as toothpaste, clothespins, ice, wooden spoon, ping pong paddle, pens, etc.

To be clear, I want to be given a challenge, such as 100 pushups without stopping or dropping position, and then be punished based on my performance.

Here are my likes: pain, punishment, spanking, light to medium CBT, begging, having to pick my own punishment, embarrassment.

Have not tried but willing to work on slowly: anal, sleeping with pain, edging, denia

Limits: family, face pics, social suicide, blood/pee/poo, public, friends, etc

I PREFER TO SUB TO WOMEN, but I am open to men as long as they are mature, and dont constantly try to show me their dick.
