Things like longest or hardest I really can't remember. There's been too many and I don't want to go over old reports to find out.
I know one of the hardest thing has been to have to complete a huge amount of deepthroats in a single session. I once had to stand in the corner for 1 hour which was also pretty terrible.

Having to take a walk, in the woods, in daylight, and every 100 steps remove an item of clothing and leave on ground. Started with Bra, panty, top, and skirt. Items where removed in opposite order. Then when naked, walk another 100 steps, turn around, collecting every item. Counting my steps. I went 500 steps out, if my steps back where > +/- 25 of 500 I had to leave the pile of clothes and walk 500 steps in another direction. This ment that I could not rush back while naked, but failed and had to take the additional walk if shame.
It was very difficult at first but I quickly became relaxed knowing that it will be the only way I might not have to do the penalty walk. I failed anyway.
