Wooden pony torture ideas/tasks

I am extremely interested in trying out a wooden pony torture device on myself.
I would like to get some materials and put one together.

Anyone have any ideas for how to construct one that is simple to put together but will still cause me to experience maximum pain while straddling it?

Also would love tasks or suggestions for how I should have to endure my pony ride.

Not sure how to build one, but you could probably use a sawhorse or plans for one and either buy one pre built or build it yourself.

As for ideas on what to do, maybe add tacks that you have to sit on if you are up for it.

Tacks was going to be my idea, how about adding sand paper to it, sticking some nails up through it.
