Without permission then 10 spanks for every minute, ouch. It's got slightly more reasonable lately so as long as I'm on my way to bed I'm "safe" (after I started collected spanks for having to feed my cat and generally just get ready for bed etc.)

Yes, it was my first set of rules and one I immediately thought was a little OTT. However, it's the one I probably most like as it's caring, actually good for me and broken some of my old bad habits.

Midnight to 1am is probably fair for me. I was frequently awake going into 2am or 3am so 1am is quite a change, but one that has benefitted me.

I struggle with sleep through no fault of my own so he understands if I read a little later in bed. If I stayed up just to stay up without a genuine need/reason, then I would be disciplined.

What time would you want?no bedtime, sleep when i dead because we sleep 1/3 of our life away, think about all that extra time, then again, when i crawl into bed it is so nice and enjoyable so hard to say. Maybe only sleep 1 day per week would be cool. Then you only sleep away 1/7 of your life which is still a considerable amount of lost time you gain back

I don't have an enforced bed time. I go to bed when I want. But I do try to go to sleep around midnight every night as I do need some sleep for work the next morning.
