You will also need to consume at least 3 liters of water at other times throughout the day. This is to last until midnight.
If you use the washroom any time besides the specified time, you must spend the next week while at home alone or asleep completely crossedressed with a skirt and diaper (can choose what to wear for everything else). When not at home alone, you must be wearing female underwear and stockings/socks.
