I had in mind the full monty, both worn to car wash and for spare into which to change. This dare is a race against the clock.

Above waist: bra (fasten at back), blouses (button all way down, pullover, jacket, hat and scarf.

Below waist: panties, tights, jeans with belt, lace-up shoes.

All to come off and spares to go back on in the carwash, while sitting in the driver's seat.

Get two bottles. Half fill with water, freeze them. In one put the key to your dresser and in the other the key to your lockable bag. Fill up with water and put back in the freezer.
Once frozen, pick out a thong and a sheer top. The rest of your clothes are locked away.
You can either leave both bottles in the freezer or pick one at random to leave out to thaw. However it must be left in the kitchen.
You have to go for a run for at least 20 minutes. At your destination, strip and put the clothes in your bag and lock it.
Once home retrieve the bottles and wait until you can get clothes back.

Here is another jogging dare:

You'll need a small pair of scissors in your keys and 3 bags. 1 with a long t-shirt, one with a tiny bikini, one empty bit weighted to feel full.
