For this one you put your name in and some will send you a message "slo mo" and an exercise. Something like " slo mo jumping jacks" or "slo mo jog in place" or if you are able "slo mo cart wheel". You must use the slow motion feature on your phone and record the video doing the exercise naked. If you have certain exercises you want to limit it to you can state them, or also state exercises you won't do.. The requester can pick the angle too. So slo mo squats from the back or with the phone on the floor.

I am in for jumping jack tonight (2 hours). If you send me one after the two hours, I will do it tomorrow, but no limits on the exercise.
