I have been questioning since puberty I have been 100% sure since about 18.

I am certainly going to have an orchiectomy (removal of testes), I'm not sure about a full vaginoplasty when its never gonna be "the real thing".

I do still have a preference, I would say I more of a lesbian romantically, sexually my partners have been fairly equal.
