you may use whatever systems you like to track the ways to earn points. I will be using MyFitnessPal my calorie goal is 1,200 and with the app you gain more calories with exercise, but everyone has different starting weights and goals so just figure out what your calorie goal is however works best for you.

I'm in as could do with losing some weight and having to be accountable.
As less familiar with oz and lbs. Going to use 2 litres as the target for water and 0.5kg instead of lb as these are the similar values that I'm more familiar with |

Happy first day everyone! Although its still somewhat early in the day, I wanted to do my first post of the challenge! I will be posting at the end of the day every Wednesday!
By 7:30PM today I have walked 11,321 steps, which is equal to 5.39 miles. I've had 154.3 oz of water Eaten 1,522 calories out of my 1,600 calorie goal and last night I slept for 8hrs and 44mins. So as long as I stay under my calorie goal, I should be at 5 points for the first day! Tomorrow Im hoping I can motivate myself to get to the gym or do some yoga after work! OR BOTH!? Fitness point meter: 5

Yesterday (Wednesday) I got 3 points.
I drank 84.5 oz of water yesterday. I was aiming for 128 oz but I started drinking water later than I would have liked that day. I haven't drank any coffee yesterday or today which is opposite for me. But I'm getting past it all right. After the fifth bottle of water yesterday I got a little queasy, and didn't continue to a sixth one. It lingered some into the first half of today. I think it was probably a combination of getting acclimated to more water than I'm used to, and weaning myself off of coffee, lol I really like a nice dark roast with cream, but I'm flexible as this shows I suppose. Thanks for reccommending MyFitnessPal IHeartFun It's easy to add stuff on there, even the local brands. I don't have to refer to the label, just double check what's listed and adjust the number of servings and serving size sometimes (to less usually). With my calorie goal plus the extra calories the app added for the thirty minute jog I did yesterday, I ended up having a 179 calories left by the end of the day. So I didn't go over. So that's three. I have to get a wristband pedometer, so I can gain those points too. I dont want to use my phone for that. I just learned to try hard enough, but not to push it too far, I listen to my body and how it feels and make sure I'm taking care of it even as I get to my new normal. I know I'll get stronger day by day and safely. Keep at it!
