Cumulative Hot Potato 10 line limit ... Hypno edition

I've been seeing a lot of (And enjoying) the interesting hot potato dares on this thread. It's always cool to see what people come up with to add on to or complement another user's rules. I was kind of bummed, though, that I didn't see one for hypno files/conditions. Hopefully this will breed some discussion.

So as it goes with all hot potato threads it follows the standard of:

Person 1: Sets basic rule
Person 2: Adds condition
Person 3: Adds more

Finally, someone can say BOOM:

Person 4: BOOM

This means that person 3 now has to abide by all conditions while person 4 starts a new chain.

Obviously any of us have seen and participated in the hypno hot potato thread that can be found here, https://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=312144, however unfortunately this thread in particular seems prone to making really big potatoes that end up holding no meaning/being completely impossible for either the loser to do it, or for the winner to provide the number of files the potato says.

As such I am basically trying to start the same thread with some slight alterations.

1. The potato may still be boomed by anyone at any moment before the tenth person. This is mostly a clarification then anything else.

Then 2 major changes from previous versions of this thread to promote these potatoes to actually get boomed

2. Anyone in the potato may suggest files to the loser of the potato. They only need to accept ones from the winner, but if the winner is unable to do the work for all the large number of files from the potato they may request that other people in the potato find files to help as well, or other people in the potato choose to provide files of their own accord and the loser can supplement the winners with them. The loser is not required to listen to any files they receive over the amount in the potato. The point of this is to ease the burden of anyone who chooses to boom a potato from having to find possibly hundreds of files if you look back on the previous thread and how insane those got even in just 10 lines.

3. Finally if a potato gets to 10 lines, before the next is started the person who would type the line for it will first go to this link

write a line with their getdare username and then roll a d10 to determine who in the previous potato is the loser. If needed you may roll multiple d10's for multiple losers

I know this is a lot, but I would really like to see this do well and have fun. If you have any suggestions about this thread or why I came to the decisions about these rules feel free to pm me. Hopefully we can have fun with this.

Sorry to interrupt the flow of adding lines. But this would probably gain more traction in the Person Above section with all of the other Hot Potato and person above dares.
