Go into a secluded woodland and for being very naughty you are to strip off.

Now you have a choice, you need to spend dice roll + 30 mins naked, however you can offset this by doing the following:-

Stand 10M away from your clothes for 10 mins less. (20M for 20 mins)
Spank yourself hard enough to leave a mark 10 times (20 spanks for 20mins)
