You must wait 3 hours after you wake up. Then you have a choice: use the bathroom ASAP or wait another 3 hours before you pee. However, you must pee either 3 or 6 hours after you wake up; no sooner, no later.
Also, you're not allowed to pee again until the next day.
If you fail this, you must do 2 pee dice dares in a row, but not pee until you've finished the second one.

Go ahead and take a nice 10 minute shower, but you cannot pee before or while in the shower.
Dry off & do your normal "after shower" routine. If this lasts less than 20 minutes, then sit around to complete the 20 minutes.
Now you must ask 2 people for permission to pee, and only after 2 yeses can you go
