5K's, 10K's, and Marathons

I was wondering how many have you ran of these: 5K's, 10K's, and marathons. Also do you rember the date ? Your time ?

In awnser to my own question I have just run a 5K and my time was 35:02. It isn't the best time but I haven't run in about 2 months and I have asthma. Also the race was called cereal city classic.

Well dine for completing, hope you have other try's in the future (5.3mph) a little slow, but always have plenty of scope to improve, and as long as you have enjoyed it, that's the main thing.

Done a few duathlons and triathlons rather than single runs. Times and distances vary alot due to weather terrain hills etc.

Since I was a cross country runner in high school, I have done my fair share of 5K's. None other though

I've done the tracks of 50k super-marathons a few times, I can run the whole thing without needing to stop, but I'm pretty crap. About 4 and a half hours is good for me.

Wow, that's quite an achievement - 6.9mph average or 11,1kmh average. Over that distance must congratulate you.
