Lock yourself into a pair of boxer-briefs and jeans. Swallow the key (Best to use a small one), as well as some small object. Give yourselves laxatives and prune juice and go where you stand.
The first time you mess, put your hand down your pants and sift around for the key. Every hour after that, search your underwear for the key.

Once you have the key, take off your underwear and bury your face into it and, using your teeth, find the token.
