You must wear your one-piece under your clothes for 5 days, 24 hours a day (so 120 consecutive hours). You're only allowed to take it completely off to shower and only for a maximum of 10 minutes a day. You may have showers longer than 10 minutes, of course, but must be wearing the swimsuit for any time over the 10 minutes. When sleeping it's the only thing you're allowed to wear.

Anytime you take it off outside of showering, have it off for more than 10 minutes while showering, or wear other clothes over it while sleeping, you must restart the 120 hours.

Go to a sports shop and buy a one-piece. You must ask for help saying you don't know what to get for yourself. Once you've bought it, go to a toilet and change into it. You may now not remove it for 48 hours, and can only have it covered for 16 of those hours.

EDIT: Just seen long term was a limit, so if you don't want to do the 48 hours bit, you should shower in it, and not take it off until it's dry.

place all of your swimsuits in water then in to the freezer once they are all frozen you have to where them one by one for 24h each the more you have the longer this one takes. 24h no excuses pull it to one side for the toilet and bathing or shower you must wash with it on. let me know how many you have could be interesting
