Default Help me lose weight

In the last year, I've gained some weight. I haven't been exercising and I've been eating a lot. I've been trying to work out, but I can't find the motivation to do so.

I've seen an online dare that promised wonders, and I decided to try it. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life! But it sure gave me the motivation I needed. As long as I could stop feeling the pain, I would do anything!

Here's how it went:
I first got into a bra connection wedgie. I used a thong and a smaller size bra, so the wedgie was quite strict. I put clothespins on both my nipples under the bra, and then I put a sports bra on top of it, so I could assure they weren't going to fall off.
I used more clothespins on my pussy, all over the line of the panties. This restricted my movements a lot, because every move would feel so extremely painful! But I didn't stop here. I also put a fit shapewear girdle on, which inflected SO MUCH PAIN all over my body.

With all of this on, I was ready to start my working out.

But I was extremely happy to have been able to do all of this!

Seeing how well it works, would you please motivate my to keep going?

Any work out exercises or things I should add to my body to make the experience even more intense would be highly appreciated!

Since you like pain and want to workout... I have some ideas
I'm in a similar thread (check my signature, here to be exact: https://www.getdare.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=429777) with Cine, and she's nowhere to be seen (did do it for a long time, but has been off GD for a month or so. You might take over her workouts

But, in case you don't want to... I have a couple more ideas for you:

Jumping jacks in a hanging wedgie (make sure when you are standing you can barely touch the ground on tiptoes). This way every jump will make the wedgie go deeper and deeper. 3 series of 40 should be enough.

Squats on dildo, with clothespins to keep your pussy wide open and on your nipples (and one on your tongue). Every time you fail a squat (don't go deep enough to get the dildo all in), add a clothespin and start again. 3 series of 30. If you want to add intensity, before starting, add ABUNDANT toothpaste on your clit. No touching it until you've complete all the workouts AND the sensations has gone.

Jumping jacks with clothespegs on your nipples and pussy lips would be very suitable.
Being forced to continue till they all drop off, but only after the initial 50 jumps. If they fall off before, you punish yourself to repeat one more series on that day.

I think all of your exercise should be done while wearing a tack bra, a size or two too small. Some yoga and cardio will really help round out your exercise plan too.

In terms of motivation, no orgasms until you’re at your golal weight.

Are you wanting to focus on any part of your body in particular? Does your core need strengthening, you legs, upper body? Or do you just need to burn off fat?

I can give you some ideas to try but it helps to know if you're targeting a body part or not.
