Roll D6 and multiply by 100 for number of reps. Do in sets of 20.
With dumbbells: Bicep curls Shoulder Press Lateral Raise Chest Press Squats Body Weight: Tricep Dips Pushups Crunches Jumping Jacks

Ridiculous?
Do 3 miles in improvised toga and laurel wreath made of spinach, holding dumbbells in both of your hands. Hope it's ridiculous enough for you to stop posting in wrong sections.
