Either do a bra connection wedgie if you are a girl. Wear a thong and do a Tarzan wedgie if you are a boy. That is when you put both straps over one sholder and Nipple twist the exposed nipple. Or just Melvin Shoulder wedgie for 10 minutes. Vid wanted!
