Hello I’m Rika, a female student from Asia,
I am a newbie here, but I had read much posts,
this is the first time I ask for some tasks to humiliate me.

I will have a ballet class tomorrow,
and there is some free time for me to self-training and go home,
I want do some [Other Training] at that time,
please give me some advises, thanks!

For this I'll force you to stay in a bra connection wedgie. You will have only bra and panties on you the whole time:

You'll leave your clothes in another room. Each cloth in different room.Then you will tie your feet and knees toghether, add the nipple clamps and panties in the mouth.Also tie your hand to the back l but the twist is place the rope between the crotch rope
The clothes include a bra,a panties,a top,a jeans.If the rooms are less make sure the remaining things are outside the house.(Let one thing be out of the house).
To get your clothes you will have to jump to the other room, which I assure you won't be easy with the clamps keeping you entertained. Once you get to the room you are able to free youself after doing total number of 100 times some exercise like pullups and jumping jacks.You may remove the tie from hand during exercise.You have to wear the clothes once every thing is picked.You have to bend to the clothes and while picking it up,add some weight to the clamps each and every time.After dressing remove the clothes and submit them to the master.At last you must have six piece of clothing.

Maybe I prefer hiding adventure, the exhibition is really a challenge for me😅.

This is a good advise but there are only two classrooms for me to use, and I’m sure there is a monitor outside the classroom😖... If the plan is more private I’ll do it completely, but this plan is good enough for me to challenge some of the parts😊.

Here's a dare that you can try from your toilet if it has stalls.

Go to the toilet with a coin and edge once rubbing your clit over your panties. Make sure you get your juices on your panties. Once you have done that, take off the panties and leave it on the toilet and go to another stall. Toss the coin. If you get heads, you go to the next stall and toss again until you get tails. this one someone gave to me, and i found it very funny (so i'm sharing it a lot)

If there is a patch of wood near your house.
You have to go to the wooden area with a bag and a padlock.
At the edge of the forest leave the key of the lock, there are two levels of difficulty, the easy one is to hide the key, the difficult one is to drop it and then have to look for it.
Walk for a good time (i say at least half an hour, but one hour is better).
Once you are far enough away from the key, you need to find a hidden place.
Once there strip even shoes, you can stay full naked or just topless.
Pul all you clothed on the bag then lock it with the padlock (I recommend that you bring a bicycle chain lock to secure the bag to a tree or something, so no one can steal it).

Now you are naked, you have to go back to the start to to find the key and then go back to the bag to get into your clothes.

(when i did it i was also handcuffed at my back, if you want you can try)
