You wanted hard, so I’m giving you a varient on a task I received years ago that took me three try’s over as many months to complete.

You’re going to start first thing in the morning, and the punishment will last 24 hours.

Wihout going to the bathroom first, take a small enema (200ml) and then diaper up.

You may go in your diaper whenever you like; however to earn a change you must do one of the following tasks first.

• Write a long blog post about how being in diapers makes you feel

  At least 1200 words

• Give out 5 quality dares/tasks/punishments in any thread on getdare

  Each must be at least two paragraphs

• Make a Kinktalk account and upload three pictures

  Link it to your getdare profile (make sure to change the privacy settings in the album to *must be signed in to veiw*)

• Edge three times by humping a stuffed toy through your diaper
• Must come up with, and add another three dares to your PM dare list
• must spend 15 minutes kneeling with your head in your previous used diaper

  Kneel down and put the diaper on front of you, then lean forward until you face is in it. Your chest should be close to, or touching the ground.

You may not repeat a task, so you can earn a maximum of 6 changes.
You can do as many or as few as you wish.

Each time you change you must give yourself another small enema.

Ok. Starting first thing in the morning, don’t use the toilet.
Diaper up and pack two spare diapers in your bag, plus changing supplies (wipes, cream ect); because you’re going on an adventure.

You’re going to want to travel about an hour away from your home. Somewhere secluded is fine, but you may want to make sure there is a public bathroom around.

When you arrive, your diaper should ideally already be wet. You’re going to need to wet it once more and then you may get changed into a clean one.

You get a choice to make here. If you mess in your next diaper you make be discreet about changing out of this one.
And will only be diaper until you get home.

If you don’t feel confident messing publicly. You may change in a stall but mustvrest the changing supplies and rolled up used diaper on the floor of the cubicle while you are changing.
You must wear this diaper until it is near leaking, at which point you may change and go home. Keeping that diaper on until you goto bed.

If you do mess publicly, you can be a discreet as you wish while changing, may change into your last diaper immediately and go home. At which point your punishment is over.

You’re going to have to get used to staying in used diapers a while; and you obviously need more practice putting them on.

So, to start this off, you’re going to put on two diapers, cutting slits in the back of the first one to allow drainage.

Your going to stay in these diapers until you have messed.

At which point you may change after after you have spent 30 minutes standing in the corner, with you hands on the back of your diaper squishing it against yourself.

Wait until you need to pee, and then diaper yourself up.

Before you wet your diaper you must edge three times. You may not put your hands inside your diaper, or use anything that vibrates.

After this you may pee, but you must drink a big glass of water.

For the next four hours set an alarm on your phone for every 15 minutes.
Each time it goes off drink a little water and try to wet your diaper.

After four hours is up, you may get changes and cleaned up.

Repeat ‘I am lucky to be allowed to wear my toilet. I do not deserve human privledges’ ten times.
Remain lying face down until you wet your diaper.

After this fill a bowl with water, and then lap it up like an animal.
Lick up any drops that fall on the floor, and say out loud after each lick ‘I do not deserve to lick the floor’

Now set a timer for six hours. You may do what ever you like in this time, but you must use your diaper if you feel the urge to wet.
After doing this lie on the floor face down again and repeat the first mantra ten times.

Additionally, you may not stand or walk after setting the timer, and must crawl everywhere.

Ok- you’re going to spend two days diapered.

You may change as often as you like,
but each time you do you must give yourself a enema.

To decide how much, roll a two dice each time and add together the amount.
The total is how many hundred millilitress you must take.
So, 2 + 3 = 500mls
Or, 4 + 6 = 1000mls

Set a timer on your phone for an hour.
If you mess yourself before the time is up, you must kneel in the corner for the remaining time + 10 minutes.
So, if you mess yourself after 35 minutes, you musta kneel in the corner for 35 minutes.
Or, if you mess yourself after 52 minutes, you must kneel in the corner for 18 minutes.

You may skip an enema during a change, if you then spend at least 30 minutes outside in that diaper, and use it atleast once.

1) Baby Food for breakfast.
2) Uncovered diapers (unless wearing ABDL-clothing) at home.
3) Enema before bed.
4) Must wear that diaper for one hour after you wake up.

When you first wake up mess your diaper.

If you can’t do it, you must stay in the same diaper for 8 hours.

If you can, your punishment may end after 4 hours.

You may not change your diaper during this time.

You must spend at least half of your time lying in bed. No phone or distractions! Just lie in bed, in your messy diaper.
