Today I don't get to control my bladder. Let me know when I can pee and how much I should drink during the day. I have already peed once right when I woke up, but I have not since.

I am not allowed to sit on toilet seats, and if I am not allowed to pee in a toilet, I can pee in the shower however you'd like. Feel free to add extra tasks including my likes and dislikes.

I am also still in denial and may not touch my pussy or asshole or do wedgies.

Definitely no peeing in a toilet today. You don't need it. Ideally, you should just be wetting yourself, or at the very least pissing through your underwear.

Pee now...count to 5 stop. Report. When I say pee now! Thats what I mean. If you wont instantly pee, as a punishment you must strip naked and immediately go outside to pee. Then remain naked for the next hour.

I don't have a way to go outside naked as I live in an apartment. Is there something else I should do?

I drank two glasses of water then had a 250mL energy drink over the next hour. I kept my legs spread as I waited to be able to pee. I nearly pissed myself but managed to wait until I reached the shower and pissed through my underwear, which I have kept on for the past few hours.
