chat bug

hello,

I'm not sure if anyone is taking care of this site at the moment but i've noticed some people in chat come and go every 30 seconds or so, they have either not logged off properly or its an issue with tabbing screens or something like that. Is anyone aware of this issue and what the cause/fix is for it?

That could be an issue if they are on mobile and they are switching tabs while talking.

I thought it could be something like that, just thought i'd ask the question as no one i've spoken to has known why, thanks for responding
