Hi im looking for ideas how to make my denial harder. I don’t have any toys and I don’t live alone. You can give me rules or tasks and punishments if I fail.

An easy one is of course to edge before you use the bathroom~

You may stop playing when you win 3 times in a row.
If you have to stop playing, because you need to go to sleep, work or something before winning 3 times in a row then the next time you go play the edges double.

Play at least once a week and when given the opportunity, always game naked
