I'm not able to open the file. It says it's not a pdf, dispute the file name. Just out of curiosity, why do we need to download something to do this dare? Is that not a little sketchy?

This sounds amazing! Although I really don't know about the full public part, how about I do the ones that are within my limits, report on it, and then do punishments for the ones that I wasn't able to do? Although I'm sure the punishments will be difficult, I still really want to see the schedule and do my best!

It's a normal pdf but you have to download it.
Reason being it was the most convenient way for me.
Making and .ics or .csv is usually sketchier and not all calendars are compatible.
Juan messy has opened it for sure and didn't have issues. Same goes for most of the people.
You don't have to if you don't want to.

That's a very good option indeed.
The punishments will depend on the getdare members so they will indeed be hard and relentless.

If I have the time I might set up a joint punishment thread for the people who completely the dare at least partially.
However me having enough t8me is a big question mark that's why people have yo set-up their own punishment threads just in case.
