A question about Story Content Rules

I know certain topics are not allowed to be discussed on the site. I.E beastiality and i know the reason why they cannot be talked about.

My main question is:

If a story heavily features things such as rape, drug abuse, prostitution, and mentions of child abuse and child rape (In the aim to create a back story for a character), will it be taken down?

I have a plan to write a story like this and would obviously start with a disclaimer so i dont offend anybody accidentally, but then also are there certain things i should maybe mention but not go into to much detail, such as the child abuse side.

Any thoughts from and experienced writers or staff of the site?
