Hi everyone

Just started this account and thought I should jump in

I’m looking for bladder control stuff, tell me what to drink/how much and all that

I hate hate wetting myself though so I’ll beg here when I need to go. Hope people will be nice?

I don’t have diapers rn but if enough people say so I’ll get them (let’s set it to 5?)

Lets start with 2 cups of green tea

Let's put you down for a cup of water and a cup of coffee (tea if you can't handle coffee) followed by 2 dice rolls. Multiply the dice and if the total is under 15 roll another two and add the the totals together. You must do that many squats and deep knee bends before your next task or being for the restroom

Thank you ! I just had the glass of water and I’ll make the coffee now. The five are gonna be tough been awhile since I’ve done squats or anything so it’ll be a challenge

I got lucky and got 16 for the dice and have the squats and deep knee bends done, though maybe lucky isn’t the best word I’m tired

I wanted to say still going strong but definitely not after your dare! God I don’t know how I managed to hold it, I’m now just feeling exactly how bad I need to pee. That glass made it much worse so please will someone give me permission?

I really want to keep this thread going and will buy please let me pee first?
