Every time you drink water roll and d3 and a d20. For the d3 1 is squats, 2 is sit ups, and 3 is leg lifts. whatever number you get on the d20 is how many of those you have to do. Try some new things with bondage too. Tie yourself up in new and humiliating positions. Tie yourself up by your front door with your legs spread, Bend over and tie yourself to the kitchen table, etc. Tie you breasts as tight as you can and put your nipple clamps on them as long as you can.

I just untied my breasts now. They have some clear red marks from where the rope was.

You could tie yourself to your bed in a way that would stop you from closing your legs. You could also fill your ass with either toothpaste or ice. Whichever one is more uncomfortable. Put your hairbrush in your ass and hold it there as long as possible.

I don't have any ice at the moment so I put toothpaste on my hairbrush handle and inserted it.

Toothpaste for some reason has no effect on my nipples. However, 25 snaps hurt. A lot.
