Age verify people idea's?

Anyone got any good ideas to verify people are of age?

Only playing with people with really old accounts works well, (because they would have had to have been impossibly young to set it up), but it sucks to have to cut anybody new out.

It is tricky because of course you do not want to reveal identidy.
