Looking for weekly tasks

Hello! I'm a submissive looking for a very special kind of person. I need someone to give me a list of tasks to do at the beginning of the week and I will report back by the end of the week. I will give a detailed report but I will not send any pictures or videos.

I am doing this because I have been slacking off with housework and workouts and I'm hoping punishments will get me motivated to do those things.
The punishments can be done during housework and workouts but they don't have to be.

The punishments should include spanking (no leaving bruises), nipple pain, nipple and clit pumping, enemas and suppositories, hidden and semi-public, diapers, bladder control, butt plugs and anal play, Icy Hot. You can include anything else that is not in my limits.

My limits are blood or anything permanent, anything having to do with friends or family, completely public, poop and pee eating or smearing, pictures and videos, anything else that could harm me.
