[Dare] Choose extreme or mild using likes, dislikes, limits

how this works is you choose either extreme or mild after giving the person above their dare.
If it's mild, the darer gives them a dare using 1 like and 2 dislikes. (Use all likes if they don't have dislikes posted) . If they chose extreme give them a dare using 2 dislikes and 1 limit. You do have the option to just use 3 dislikes but by putting extreme you give permission to break 1 limit.

Mild= 1 like, 2 dislikes
Extreme= 2 dislikes, 1 limit
